You’d rather do it right than do it twice, and you check your work before it leaves the bay.
You recommend what’s needed, say so when something can wait and own it when you make a mistake.
You can explain what you found in plain language, to teammates and to customers.
Vehicles and equipment keep changing. You’re curious, ask good questions and like figuring things out.
You pitch in when the shop gets busy and share what you know with the people around you.
