Your information, handled with care.

This notice covers the website for Clinton Complete Auto Care (“we,” “us” or “our”). It explains what happens to the information you share with us here.

What our forms collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Contact form

  Your name, email address, phone number, the topic you choose and your message.

• Appointment requests

  Your contact details, details about your vehicle or equipment (such as year, make, model and mileage), the service you’re interested in, preferred dates and times, and any notes you add.

• Fleet inquiries

  Your name, business name, contact details and information about the vehicles or equipment you’d like us to look after.

• Career applications

  Your name, contact details, the role you’re interested in, your experience and availability, and anything you tell us about yourself.

Please don’t include sensitive information, such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords, in a website form.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to you and to provide service, for example to:

• answer your questions and return your calls or emails;
• schedule and confirm appointments and prepare estimates;
• service and repair your vehicle or equipment and keep a record of the work;
• set up and manage fleet or business service;
• consider your job application and contact you about it.

We don’t use it for advertising, and we won’t add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who processes it

When you submit a form, it’s delivered to us through our shop management system and the cloud service that hosts it. These providers process the information on our behalf so that it can reach us. We may also share information if the law requires it. Otherwise, it stays with us.

We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we don’t share it with other companies so they can market to you.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and appointment requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide service and maintain our normal business and service records. Career applications are kept on file so we can reach out if a role opens up; you can ask us to remove yours at any time. When we no longer need information, we delete it.

Cookies & server logs

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our host may automatically keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request, to keep the site secure and running reliably.

Some links take you off our site. For example, “Get directions” opens Google Maps, which is covered by Google’s own privacy policy. Phone and email links simply open the phone or email app on your device.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except for records we need to keep for the work we’ve done or as required by law. Just contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send, but no website or email system is completely secure. This site isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this notice, we’ll post the updated version on this page and change the date below.
